"Handled our big event without any drama"
We used Ticket Tailor for an event with 3,000+ people, it handled it really well. Launch day was busy. Lots of sales coming in. But nothing crashed, froze, or got weird.

Checking the numbers, adding different ticket types, and scanning people in at the door was all straightforward. Not the flashiest-looking thing maybe. But it worked, and that’s what we really needed.

No confusing steps or random extra pages to deal with, which I appreciated. It worked fine on my phone too. "Refund came through after a few days"
I had to cancel my ticket at the last minute because something came up with my brother, and I wasn’t sure how the refund process would go. It took a few days to show up, but it did come through without any issues. I do think they could be a little clearer about the timing, but overall it wasn’t a big problem.

"Way easier than most ticketing tools for invoices and taxes"
I’ve been really happy with Ticket Tailor so far. Compared with a lot of other platforms I’ve used, it’s much less of a hassle when it comes to invoices and tax stuff. I can actually find what I need without clicking around forever, and the VAT details are clear enough that my accountant doesn’t keep coming back with questions. Receipts have been straightforward too, with no weird issues so far. It just makes the dull admin side feel a lot more manageable

"The integrations are probably what won me over"
I’ve been using Ticket Tailor for a few smaller events, the integrations are probably the main reason I’ve stuck with it. Hooking it up to Mailchimp and Stripe was painless, and I didn’t have to dig through a ton of settings or anything. I also use the Zapier option to send attendee info straight into a spreadsheet, which I’m guessing saves me more time than I even realize. It’s just nice not having to copy everything over manually. So far, I’m really happy with it.

"Great option for smaller events"
I used Ticket Tailor for a small local event after seeing a few people recommend it, and I can see why. The pricing was really fair, and the fees were clear right from the start. I’ve used other ticket sites before where extra costs suddenly show up at checkout, but there was none of that here. For a small budget event, that made a huge difference. I’d definitely use it again, especially since it seems like other organizers have had good experiences too.

"Check-in was actually easy for once"
We used it to scan tickets at our event, it worked fast with no weird issues, which was a nice surprise. Entry was way less stressful than it usually is, because apparently things can run smoothly when the tools actually do what they’re supposed to.

I used Ticket Tailor for an event and, to be fair, I haven’t had any fraud issues so far. The payments seemed secure enough, but I do wish they were more upfront about what security checks are actually happening behind the scenes. I’m also not the type to just trust customer service to explain things clearly if something goes wrong, so that left me a little uneasy. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as reassuring as I’d like.

"I had one payout come in…"
I had one payout come in late, which was a little annoying at the time because I was kind of expecting it on the usual schedule and had already been keeping an eye out for it. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything, and it did eventually show up, so I can’t say it was a major problem. Just something worth mentioning because if you’re relying on the timing exactly, even one late payout can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was okay

"Sooo handy for our fundraiser"
We used Ticket Tailor for a small charity night, the donation options were sooo easy to work with. People could just add a little extra while booking, and it never felt pushy or confusing at all.

Setting everything up was quick, and keeping an eye on how much we’d raised was simple enough for our team. Reaaally happy with how it went, and we’d definitely use it again.

The reports do make planning events a lot easier, especially when I just need quick stats without digging around forever. I still catch myself focusing on the parts that feel a little clunky or unclear, but overall it’s been useful and saves me time.

I used Ticket Tailor to set up tickets for a small event and overall it went smoothly. I was able to get everything live without too much hassle, which was the main thing I needed. A few parts felt a little clunky though, especially changing ticket types and tracking down certain settings. I had to click around more than I expected. It definitely does the job and I’d use it again if I needed to, but I do think the setup pages could be a bit easier to follow

"Glad the guest emails went through"
I was a little worried at first about whether the emails would actually reach everyone, but they got to my guests just fine, which was a relief. Overall it worked well for attendee messages. I just wish there were a few more options for sending reminders.
